It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
Merry Christmas GatherHouse Readers! After a strange and challenging year, it feels so good to celebrate the holidays and get into the Christmas spirit. We have been busy decking the halls here at our Farmhouse Fixer and there is nothing cozier than the glow of our Christmas tree and fireplace at night! Most of my Christmas decor has been gathered from local small businesses over the years. These are my three favorite local shops and they have the cutest collections this season. I highly recommend stopping by and picking up a holiday home treat. It’s more important than ever to support small businesses right now!

I recommend stopping by The Container Store for all your gift wrapping needs! Every year, they have the most incredible collection, with so many different styles available. Last year, I chose a matte black wrapping paper and accented it with kraft paper and an antler themed wrapping paper. I honestly don’t know if I’ll ever be able to top that look! This year, I chose a deep red and green plaid wrapping paper (linked below)! Best of all, The Container Store has the cutest little ornaments to tie to your wrapping to make your gifts extra special! If you don’t have a Container Store near you, I recommend Paper Source!
